What’s Included & What’s Not

GROUPON – Partial Balayage

Includes:
Partial balayage, gloss/toner, deep conditioning treatment, and blowdry style.

Does Not Include:
Haircut, root color, or color correction services.

Please Note:
Any additional services must be booked with your Groupon appointment and will be added at full price, including services such as a haircut.

GROUPON – All-Over Color (No Bleach)

Includes:
Single-process all-over color with no bleach, gray coverage, roots to ends, haircut, deep conditioning treatment, and blowdry style.

Does Not Include:
Bleach/lightening services, balayage, highlights, vivid colors, double-process color, or color correction.

Please Note:
Color cannot lift previously colored hair. Your desired color must be at your current level or darker.

GROUPON – Gloss + Haircut

Includes:
Gloss (color gloss or clear shine gloss), haircut, deep conditioning treatment, and blowdry style.

Does Not Include:
Lightening, balayage, highlights, all-over permanent color, gray coverage, root touch-up, or color correction.

GROUPON – Women’s Haircut

Includes:
Women’s haircut, deep conditioning treatment, and blowdry style.

Does Not Include:
Any color service, gloss, toner, root touch-up, balayage, highlights, or additional styling upgrades.

Any additional services must be booked with your Groupon appointment and will be added at full price.

Redemption & Booking

Appointment required. Merchant contact information will be available on your Groupon voucher after purchase.

• Valid for first-time clients only

• Not valid for clients active within the past 12 months

• Limit 1 per person

• Limit 1 per visit

• All goods and services must be used by the same person

• Not valid with other offers or promotions

Merchant’s standard cancellation policy applies. Any fees will not exceed the Groupon purchase price.

• Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase

Cancellation Policy & Courtesy Notice

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 72 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

• 50% fee for late cancellations

• 100% fee for no call / no show appointments
